MedPharm General Manager, Dr. Jessica Neil, Awarded Top 25 Women in Business 2023

MedPharm General Manager, Dr. Jessica Neil, has been selected as one of the Triangle Business Journal‘s 2023 Women in Business Award winners. This award honors women in various business categories for their outstanding contributions within their organization and community. Dr. Neil was recognized in the Leaders in STEM category.

Dr. Jessica Neil was among the first employees hired when MedPharm opened its first US facility in Durham, NC. As Director of Tissue Culture, Dr. Neil was integral in building MedPharm’s tissue culture suite from the ground up. Over the years, she has worn many hats, not only helping to expand MedPharm’s capabilities but also working to improve and optimize internal operations. Since starting at MedPharm, Dr. Neil has recruited, mentored, and trained team members from all MedPharm sites. In 2022, Dr. Neil completed her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Reading and was later appointed MedPharm’s global General Manager.
