The Site is owned and operated by MedPharm OpCo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 4018 Stirrup Creek Dr., Durham, NC 27703 (“we”, “us”, “MedPharm”).

The Site and its services are intended for use by professionals and businesses. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreement with us and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. Venue

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of North Carolina, USA. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts. 

Severability and Waiver  

The invalidity of any term, condition, or provision of these Terms will not affect the enforceability of the remaining portions of these Terms.  Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
