DURHAM, N.C., October 1, 2026 – MedPharm, a global leader in topical and transdermal contract drug development and manufacturing, today announced that it has signed a new agreement with a global pharmaceutical company to support the commercial site transfer and commercial manufacturing of their branded specialty topical pharmaceutical product.
The agreement represents MedPharm’s fifth commercial deal in the last 20 months, further strengthening the company’s growing portfolio of pharmaceutical partnerships and commercial programs at its state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Durham, North Carolina.
For nearly three decades, MedPharm has developed unparalleled expertise in the development and manufacturing of topical, transdermal and transepithelial drug products. MedPharm will leverage its experience to provide technical transfer services to support commercial production of the product.

The agreement will contribute technology transfer revenues in 2026 and 2027 and commercial manufacturing revenues in 2027.
