MedPharm and Palvella Therapeutics have been named finalists in the True Partnership Excellence category at the CPHI Awards 2026, recognizing their multi-year collaboration in the development of QTORIN™ rapamycin.
The partnership brings together Palvella’s focus on developing therapies for serious, rare diseases with MedPharm’s expertise in topical drug development. What began as a formulation development engagement has evolved into a close, long-term collaboration, with MedPharm working alongside Palvella’s team throughout the QTORIN™ rapamycin development program.
The finalist recognition reflects the collaborative approach behind the program and the role that long-term scientific partnerships can play in advancing complex drug development.
The CPHI Awards 2026 will take place on October 6 in Milan, Italy, where the winner of the True Partnership Excellence category will be announced.
