MedPharm is the first Olink Certified Service Provider in the Carolinas and one of only three in the Southeastern United States, providing direct access to targeted multiplex proteomic analysis without the need to outsource testing through a third party.
Certified to run all Olink Target, Flex and Focus panels, with additional capabilities on the way.
Analyze either human or mouse samples from a wide variety of biological matrices.
Support proteomic analysis from early research and translational studies through clinical development.
Olink’s platform uses Proximity Extension Assay (PEA), a highly sensitive method that relies on dual antibody recognition of target proteins with a DNA-based readout. The technology enables both absolute and relative measurements of proteins across a range of abundance levels, using sample volumes as small as 1 µL.
Olink proteomic analysis can be performed across a variety of sample matrices, including tissue, plasma, serum and tears, as well as multi-species samples.
Have a different sample matrix? Ask a MedPharm scientist about compatibility.
MedPharm can combine Olink proteomic analysis with established disease models using reconstructed and ex vivo human tissues, providing a more comprehensive view of therapeutic activity.
This integrated approach can help researchers investigate biological responses and potential mechanisms of action in human-relevant models.
Combine proteomic analysis with reconstructed and ex vivo human tissue models.
Evaluate protein biomarker responses alongside established disease models.
Investigate biological responses and potential mechanisms of action.
MedPharm also offers data analysis services using Olink Analyze, a custom data package specifically designed to work with Olink-generated data.
Olink Analyze supports the proper bridging of data across studies and sample batches.
