New CFO and VP of IT Join the Team

MedPharm has appointed CFO and Vice President of IT to join the Leadership Team

MedPharm is pleased to announce that David O’Brien and Andrew McWaters have joined the MedPharm Leadership Team as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Information Technology, respectively. Both will be based in MedPharm’s recently expanded Durham, North Carolina facilities.

David O’Brien joins MedPharm with over 30 years’ experience in senior financial roles. Most recently he was CFO of Mayne Pharma’s US Operations and before that spent 12 years at RTI International in roles of increasing responsibility. David will be focusing on the continuous improvement over the finance function to ensure alignment with MedPharm’s long-term growth strategies. David is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and has an MBA from Bryant University.

Andrew McWaters joins MedPharm after leading information technology teams with increasing responsibility at Baan Company, Lancer Corporation, DPT Mylan and most recently at BioBridge Global. Andrew will be responsible for advancing our business processes and systems and driving forward the best approach to supporting growth. Andrew has a BSc in Information Technology from Wayland Baptist University and is a veteran of the US Armed Forces with international experience.
